Hello, and happy Friday! I had finals this week, but thankfully that’s over and I’m done with school for the next four days over the long weekend. I’m really excited for this week’s Let’s Talk Bookish post, and I hope that you find at least some of it helpful; I really liked writing it, and thinking about the sorts of things that would have helped me when I started blogging, or that I would recommend other new bloggers to do.

November 2021 wrap up and December goals

Well. It’s December 1st, meaning another month has come and gone in what feels like no time at all. I did nanowrimo this November, so most of my month was spent writing, which was a lot of fun. I am glad that it’s over though, and that now I can spend more time blogging, and just overall relaxing.

Anyways, I have a lot of plans for this next month, so I’m going to dive right into my November wrap up and my goals for December!

Let’s Talk Bookish: Balancing reading for your blog and other hobbies

Hello, and happy Saturday! I didn’t have school Thursday or Friday, and it’s been nice to relax a little over the weekend, although I didn’t get a ton done in terms of writing for nanowrimo, or blogging. It’s been a bit over a week since my last post, and I’ve pushed this post back a bit since I’ve been really busy with school. I think that this is a really great topic, and one that comes up a lot in my life since I have a lot to balance, between school, blogging, reading, and everything else in my life!

Hello, and happy Friday! I had a really busy week at school, and combined with nanowrimo, I’ve had no free time at all the last couple days. I’m really excited for this week’s LTB topic though, since it’s something I have a lot of experience with. Hello, and happy Friday! Today I had two tests in school, which was kind of stressful, but after school I had my drivers permit test, and I passed!! I was really nervous about it, but I passed and now I can learn to drive! I’m really really excited about that.

September 2021 wrap up and October goals

Hello, and happy Friday!! It’s October, which is my favorite month of the year for many reasons: it’s fall, the leaves are changing, and it overall is beautiful outside. Halloween of course happens, and October is also… my birthday month!!

I somehow turn fifteen in just over two weeks, which is crazy to me. This past year has really gone by so fast. And so has this month. I’m going to go from here into my wrap up of September, and my goals for October.

Hello, and happy Friday! Today, I’m going back to an old topic I missed for this post: What makes a book a five star read? I wrote most of this post back in July when it was supposed to have come out, but I never finished it. My 2 year blogiversary: things I’ve learned, and how my blog has changed!

Today is a very special day, for me, and for Book Nook Bits, because today, August 21st, my blog turns two years old!! I can’t believe that I’ve been blogging for two years now; I’ve changed so much since I first decided to start my blog. It was the summer before seventh grade, before COVID, before so much. Now, I start high school in a couple weeks, and I feel like I’m a completely different person.

For this post, I wanted to look at some of my older posts and see how my blogging has changed. I’m also going to reflect on a few things I’ve learned, that I wish I’d known when I started blogging. So, I’m going to get right into the post!
