Let’s Talk Bookish: How are you doing on your reading goals so far this year?

Hello, and happy July! I can’t believe that we’re already halfway through 2022; it feels like the year has gone by so fast. Today’s LTB topic is all about checking up on your goals for the year, so I’m excited to look back at what I’d hope to accomplish at the beginning of the year. I have a lot of reading goals, as well as blogging and writing goals to look back on, so here we go into the post!

Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly bookish meme created by Rukky @ Eternity Books and has been hosted by me since April of this year! Each Friday, there is a discussion topic for bloggers to write about. This week’s topic is How are you doing on your reading goals so far this year? (suggested by Amber @ Escape Life in the Pages), and that’s what I’m going to be writing about today.

Let’s Talk Bookish: Book to Film Adaptations

Hello, and happy last day of June! I’ve had a very busy last couple of weeks, but I am really excited for this LTB topic. So, even though it’s very late, I’m still going to do this post all about book to film adaptations. There are some really good ones, and some really bad ones, so here are all my opinions!

Let’s Talk Bookish: Books on Vacation

Hello, and happy Wednesday! It’s been way too long since my last post, but I’ve been really busy. Since my last post, which was right at the beginning of June, I’ve had a lot going on. I had a band concert, a weekend of dance performances, and I finished the school year. I’m feeling really good about dance right now, since I left my old studio and am dancing other places now. It’s still a big difference though because of how long I was at my old studio for.

I’m also really happy that it’s summer, and that I’m done with school. I haven’t had much time for blogging or for my bookstagram though, which has been frustrating. I am hoping to get back to weekly blog posts for the next three weeks, and then after that, I’m going to try and post a few times a week, at least for the rest of summer. I also want to get back to my bookstagram, because I haven’t posted there in months, which is way too long. Tomorrow, if I have time, I’ll take some bookstagram pictures and get some stuff set up for the next couple weeks.

I’m going to also be on a trip for the next three weeks, so this past week’s LTB topic is very fitting: all about books on vacation! Although I know this post is very late, I’m still excited to talk all about bringing books on vacations!

Let’s Talk Bookish: Tracking reading

Hello, and happy almost June! I’ve kind of disappeared from here for the last couple weeks, and I’m sorry that I haven’t been able to even post Let’s Talk Bookish. I’ve been super overwhelmed with school lately, and this weekend I also got covid. I’m still pretty sick, but I felt like today I at least had the energy to finish up this post. I’ve only written about the prompt tracking reading today because I don’t have very much time or energy for this post. But, I did have fun with the topic, and I hope that you all did too! So, let’s get into this post!

Let’s Talk Bookish: Updating Old Content

Hello, and happy Friday! Today for LTB is a choose your own adventure/topic day, so I decided to go with an old topic that was originally suggested by Nicole @ Thoughts Stained With Ink. I’m excited to revisit this one, because I hadn’t gotten around to finishing my post before this. Anyways, I’m going to get right into this week’s discussion!
