Let’s Talk Bookish: Keeping up with new releases

Hello, and happy Friday! Today was a really busy day for me, but I’m really excited for this post. This LTB topic is actually from a few weeks ago, but I didn’t have a chance to do it then, so I wanted to circle back to do this one today! I had a lot of fun writing this post, and I hope that you like reading it. So, here are all my thoughts on keeping up with new releases!

Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly discussion post created by Rukky @ Eternity Books and is hosted by Rukky and Dani @ A Literary Lion! This week’s topic is about illustrations in books, but I’m going with Do you keep up with new releases? (suggested by Pippin @ The Pigeon) for today!

Hello, and happy Wednesday! Today was my first day of the new trimester at school, so I had a mostly new schedule. I’m getting to take journalism, and I’m really excited for that. My teacher is really nice, and I have a couple friends in the class. Anyways, since nanowrimo is over, I’ve had a lot more time to read! So, here is a little update for my current reading situation!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On a World of Words, and how it works is each week I answer three questions about my the books I’ve read, finished reading and want to read next.

Hello! Today is a teacher grading day for me, so I don’t have school which is really really nice. I’m making the most of all the time off by doing this blog post, and also diving back into bookstagram. I haven’t posted there in over a month, but I’ve been working on a more wintry theme the past couple days that I’m really excited about.

My first post is going up in just a little bit, but right now you can see a little sneak peak of the new theme in the featured image at the top of this post!

Hello! I didn’t have school today, which was really really nice, and I was able to write my review of If This Gets Out, by Sophie Gonzales and Cale Dietrich! I absolutely flew through the book in just a couple of days, and it really pulled me out of the reading slump that I was in for most of November. I’m excited to share all my thoughts on this wonderful book with you, so I’m going to dive straight into the post!

November 2021 wrap up and December goals

Well. It’s December 1st, meaning another month has come and gone in what feels like no time at all. I did nanowrimo this November, so most of my month was spent writing, which was a lot of fun. I am glad that it’s over though, and that now I can spend more time blogging, and just overall relaxing.

Anyways, I have a lot of plans for this next month, so I’m going to dive right into my November wrap up and my goals for December!

Writing update: a mid-ish nanowrimo check in

Hello! I can’t believe that we’re already over halfway through nanowrimo! I meant to get this post out last monday, but that just ended up not happening, so instead I’m bringing it to you today!

Nanowrimo stands for National Novel Writing Month, and the goal for nanowrimo is to write a novel in a month! This is my second year participating, and although it is hard to stay on track and write so much every day, it’s a lot of fun and I thought I’d make an update post about how nanowrimo is currently going for me!
