Hello! I hope that you’ve all had a good start to your weeks. Today, I have a list of my top 21 reads of 2021! There are a ton of really amazing books here, and I loved putting this list together. It was fun to look back on all the books that I read this year, and to select 21 to put on this list. I read a total of 121 books, which mean that I had to pick 100 to not have on this list which was a little difficult.
I did decide not to include books that I reread during 2021 in this list, because I wanted it to be new books that I discovered during the year. Some are 2021 releases, some are older, and all have mini reviews with my thoughts on each book. So, without further ado, here are my favorite books of 2021!Continue reading “My top 21 reads of 2021”
Hello! This morning, I had a two-hour delay for school because it was really icy. Where I live, we hardly ever get snow and seem to be incapable of handling the slightest bits of cold. It was really nice to have the extra time, though, and I was able to read a bunch. I even finished reading Bloody Spade, by Brittany M. Willows! It took me a little while to completely finish reading Bloody Spade, but I really enjoyed it, and I’m excited to share my review of the book with you all today!Continue reading “Bloody Spade, by Brittany M Willows | spoiler free review”

Hi!! Today I have a list of all of the LGBTQ+ books I read this summer! There are 11 in total, and I’m so excited to share my thoughts on them all with you! Two are rereads, but the rest are new, and I think that I’ve done a good job this summer in trying to read lots of books with LGBTQ+ rep!!
Also, these all have queer main characters, and those are the ones I wanted to include. I have read lots of other books with LGBTQ+ side characters, and I do want to point that out too.
Anyways, I read a ton of amazing books this summer, and I do recommend all of these, so you can take this as a wrap up and as a queer books recommendations post. I did prefer some of the books more than others though, so you can read about all of my thoughts on them below! So, let’s get into the post!Continue reading “LGBTQ+ books I read this summer”
