The Ungodly Hour Book Tag

I was tagged for this a really long time ago by the amazing Lori @ The Reading Book Fairy! Lori has a really great blog, and you should definitely go check it out!

Before doing this, I’d never heard of Chloe x Halle, but I listened to their music while writing this, and it was really good! Anyways, I don’t have much else to say here, so thank you so much to Lori, and I’m going to get right into the tag!

My favorite new-to-me and debut authors of 2020

I haven’t posted in 10 days, and I’ve had a lot to do with school, but I’ve really wanted to write this post for a while. I discovered a lot of great authors in 2020, and instead of doing two separate posts, I decided to combine two categories into one post: new-to-me authors that I discovered and loved, and debut authors who’s first books were published in 2020 that I also loved!

YARC 2020: Year of the Asian Reading Challenge wrap up

Hello! I decided in March of 2020 to participate in the Year of the Asian Reading Challenge. The Year of the Asian Reading Challenge is a reading challenge hosted by Lily @ Sprinkles of Dreams, Shealea @Shut Up Shealea, Vicky @ Vicky Who Reads and CW @ The Quiet Pond. The goal of this challenge is to read as many books written by Asian authors as you can! Any book by an Asian author counts!

I don’t think that it’s happening again in 2021, but I really enjoyed doing it in 2020, and it definitely pushed me to read more books by Asian authors!

Anyways, I decided it would be good to do a short wrap up post of all of the books I read by Asian authors in 2020. So, here they are!

WWW Wednesday 52

And it is… the new year. And my 52nd WWW Wednesday post. (and that is an especially fun number to hit for my first www wednesday of the year.)

It’s kind of scary and crazy and really not good what is happening at the capitol right now, and everything that happened, so to anyone who was hoping that 2021 would be much better… just look at how we’re starting out.

I have been able to get some reading done, which has been nice. So, here is my update for my current reading situation!

Let’s Talk Bookish: My reading goals and plans for 2021

Yesterday I did my overall 2021 resolutions, and today I am going to go into more depth with my reading goals and plans for this year! This post is for the Let’s Talk Bookish topic, and I’m really excited to do it. (even though I am a day late)

I didn’t really talk about what reading resolutions are, and how they’re helpful, and instead I listed out my own reading plans and goals for the year. I’m hoping that doing this will help me be more organized with my reading throughout the year!

Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly discussion post created by Rukky @ Eternity Books and is hosted by Rukky and Dani @ A Literary Lion! This week’s topic is: Reading Resolutions (suggested by M.T. Wilson @ The Last Book on the Left).
