Hello, and happy Wednesday! This afternoon has been very exciting for me because Rick Riordan’s next book was announced: we’re getting a standalone novel about Nico DiAngelo and Will Solace in 2023, and I could not be more excited!! I’ve been hoping for a book about Nico for so long, and I’m so excited that it’s going to be a reality!

Cold-Blooded Myrtle, by Elizabeth C. Bunce | a spoiler-free review for a thrilling mystery

Hello! Today was a long day at school, but I don’t have too much homework so I was able to finish up this review!! A few months ago, Algonquin Young Readers sent me an advance copy of Cold-Blooded Myrtle, the third book in the Myrtle Hardcastle mysteries series, and I was so excited to read it!! This amazing middle-grade historical mystery comes out tomorrow, and I thought it was the perfect time to share my thoughts on the book with you all.

This review does not have spoilers for any of the books in the series, so you’ll be safe reading on, no matter now many of the books you’ve read. And with that, I’m going to dive into this review!
