WWW Wednesday 42

So I’m back.. with another post. So, here is my current reading situation.

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On a World of Words, and how it works is each week I answer three questions about my the books I’ve read, finished reading and want to read next.

The three Ws:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

I’m currently reading The Taming of the Drew, by Stephanie Kate Strohm, and it’s good. I’m about halfway through, I think, and I’m liking it. It’s an interesting book, and I’m excited to see what happens in the rest of the story.

What did you recently finish reading?

Last week I had six books here, today, only two. Unfortunately, I’ve had way less time to read with school. BUT I did finish reading two really amazing books: Piecing me Together, by Renée Watson and Aru Shah and the End of Time, by Roshani Chokshi.

Aru Shah and the End of Time is a book that I’d been wanting to read for a long time, and I am so glad that I finally got around to it!! This book is sort of my perfect book, and I am so excited to get to the next books in the series. I actually have a post coming soon about why you should read it right now, so I’ll save my thoughts until that.

Piecing me Together was actually a pretty quick book for me, mostly because of how amazing it was. I thought that it was a really important book, and one that writes about important topics. The writing wasn’t always my favorite though, but I still really enjoyed it.

If you want to see all the books I’ve read so far this year, check out my Goodreads, where I (mostly) keep up with all the books I read.

What do you think you’ll read next?

The books next up on my TBR are Darius the Great is Not Okay, by Adiba Khorram, Everything All at Once, by Ivy Cayden, Aru Shah and the Song of Death, by Roshani Chokshi

I have a no school day on Friday, so hopefully I’ll have more time to read this weekend!! I am really really excited for all four of these books, and I will hopefully get to all of them in the next week or so.

Have you read any of the books I mentioned? What are you currently reading? Chat with me in the comments below!

  1. I loved Aru Shah! I haven’t read Piecing Me Together yet, but I have it on hold at my school library, so I’m hoping I’ll enjoy it! Excellent post, and happy reading!!!❤️
