Hello, and happy Wednesday! This week’s been rough so far, even though I didn’t have school Monday, but with happier news, this is my 60th WWW Wednesday post! I can’t believe how many I’ve done!!
I also have the test for my learner’s permit Friday, so I’m going to spend a bunch of tomorrow studying, and reading through the manual. I’m really excited for it, but also kind of nervous.
I spent most of this evening working on a project for health, and I’m pretty close to finishing it. I still have to go over all of the text in pen, but I should be able to finish it pretty quickly. I really wanted to get this post out, since I haven’t had much time to blog yet this week, so here is a little reading update! I haven’t had a ton of time to read though, so not a ton has changed since last week, unfortunately!
WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On a World of Words, and how it works is each week I answer three questions about my the books I’ve read, finished reading and want to read next.

The three Ws:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
What are you currently reading?
I am currently reading Bloody Spade, Aria’s Traveling Bookshop, The Gilded Wolves, The Mime Order, by Samantha Shannon, Dance of Thieves, by Mary E. Pearson, The Night Circus, by Erin Morgenstern and I’ll Give You the Sun, by Jandy Nelson.
I made a fair amount of progress on Bloody Spade. I’m about 30% of the way through it, but I’m really into the story so if I have enough time I should finish it over the weekend.
I read about 25 pages of Dance of Thieves, and I do like it, it’s just a little confusing like many high fantasies are at the beginning.
I didn’t make much progress on Aria’s Travelling Book Shop, The Gilded Wolves, or The Mime Order, which I’m pretty disappointed about.
I did start reading a book for school though called I’ll Give You the Sun, and I’m liking it so far. I’m not looking forwards to having to analyze it, but I think that I’ll really enjoy the story. It’s also a Stonewall Honor book which is pretty great!
One of my friends lent me a copy of The Night Circus, by Erin Morgenstern, and although I’ve only really read one page, it’s so, so good so far!! I really can’t wait to get further into it, and hopefully finish it by next Wednesday.
What did you recently finish reading?

Last week, I read One of Us is Next, by Karen M. McManus. It’s the sequel to One of Us is Lying, and I loved it even more than the first book in the series. It’s very fast paced, and although I predicted some parts of it, the main plot twists were shocking. I really want to read more by Karen M. McManus, and if I have time I’ll try to check out The Cousins from my school library sometime over the next few weeks, since there is a copy there!
What do you think you’ll read next?
Next, I want to read The Keeper of the Night, by Lee Baker, and The Guinevere Deception, by Kiersten White.
I’m going to try to get to these two if I can, but mainly I just want to try and finish the ones that I’m currently in the middle of.

Have you read any of the books I mentioned? What are you currently reading? Chat with me in the comments below!
