WWW Wednesday 45

So it’s Wednesday, again, and here I am with another weekly reading update! School is a lot right now, and takes up a ton of time, and adding that to trying to stay on top of my nanowrimo goal, I have had almost no time for reading. But I did get some reading done, so here is what that reading was!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On a World of Words, and how it works is each week I answer three questions about my the books I’ve read, finished reading and want to read next.

The three Ws:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading Furia, by Yamile Saied Méndez, Darius the Great is Not Okay, by Adib Khorram, and Le Petit Prince, by Antoine De Saint-Exupéry.

And I’ve made hardly any progress on any of them in the last week. I am pretty sure I’ll be able to finish Darius in the next few days, and get a bit further into the other two.

What did you recently finish reading?

I read exactly one book last week which is quite a bit less than I’d hoped to. But the one book that I did manage to read was AMAZING. Aru Shah and the Tree of Wishes, by Roshani Chokshi is the third Aru Shah book, and oh my goodness that book was amazing!!

If you want to see all the books I’ve read so far this year, check out my Goodreads, where I (mostly) keep up with all the books I read.

What do you think you’ll read next?

The books that I want to read next week are Everything All at Once, by Ivy Cayden and Kindled Embers, by K. C. Simos. I am going to set pretty low goals for myself to read those two books, but with school and nanowrimo, I’m not having much reading time, so two books will hopefully be a pretty realistic goal for myself.

Have you read any of the books I mentioned? What are you currently reading? Chat with me in the comments below!

  1. This is such a great list! The Little Prince is one of my favorite books ever. I’d memorize the whole thing if I could, honestly. And Kindled Embers (such a great title!) looks intriguing. I’ll check it out for sure. Hope you have a great reading week!
Here’s a link to MY POST in case you want to check it out later.
