WWW Wednesday 32

Hello! WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On a World of Words, and how it works is each week I answer three questions about my the books I’ve read, finished reading and want to read next:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading Aurora and the Thief, by Becky Bird, Verte, by Marie Desplechin, Becoming, by Michelle Obama, Hattie Big Sky, by Kirby Larson and Not Otherwise Specified, by Hannah Moskowitz.

I am reading Aurora and the Thief aloud to my sister, which is fun, and we’re almost done with the book! I am a few hours into Becoming, by Michelle Obama, and it is a very inspiring book! I just started Not Otherwise Specified, but so far I’m really loving it. I’m reading One False Note with my friend, and Verte is in French, and I’m reading it with my French tutor.

What did you recently finish reading?

I recently finished reading My Lady Jane,The Maze of Bones, The Burning Maze, The Tyrant’s Tomb, and Hattie Ever After.

I finished My Lady Jane last night, and it is such an amazing book! It is so hilarious, and the plot is exciting and fun.

I read The Tyrant’s Tomb for the first time, and it was the first Rick Riordan book that I’ve read for the first time in more than a year. Lavinia was one of my absolute favorite characters in the book, and I definitely hope to see more of her in the fifth book that comes out this fall!

If you want to see all the books I’ve read so far this year, check out my Goodreads, where I (mostly) keep up with all the books I read. So, if you want to see how much I’ve read and what I’ve read, look there.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Next, I want to read Cinderella is Dead, by Kalynn Bayron, The Lightning Thief, by Rick Riordan, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, by Jenny Han, The Woman’s Hour, by Elaine Weiss, The Poppy War, by R. F. Kuang, A Night Divided, by Jennifer A. Nielsen, and The Weight of the Stars, by K. Ancrum.

This is a lot of books, but it’s the rest of my TBR for The Reading Rush, and I’m going to be spending a lot of the next few days reading, hopefully!

Have you read any of the books I mentioned? What are you currently reading? Chat with me in the comments below!
