What’s your favorite dessert?

I love a lot of desserts! My favorite though is probably apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. Or whipped cream. Or both.

What TV show are you currently binging?

The Gilmore girls. It is a very good show.

See! Lorelai agrees! But it really is. It is so hilarious, and funny and amazing!

Who is your favorite female character?

Either Hattie, from Hattie Big Sky or Ruth from The War I Finally Won.

What’s a song from your playlist that goes perfectly with a book?

Umm, I don’t have a playlist that I listen to? Sometimes when I’m writing I’ll listen to classical music though. The rest of the time, I just listen to audiobooks.

Are you a productivity guru or a procrastinator?

I’m a procrastinator until I start working, but once I actually get around and start working, I won’t stop and be really productive.

What do you do when you don’t want to do anything?

I read! Usually books, and sometimes blogs. Sometimes I listen to audiobooks though, and just wander around doing random things.

Do you watch booktube?

Occasionally. Not that often though. For some reason, booktube doesn’t always hold my attention like reading blog posts or books do. I get distracted from it really easily, so it’s not as fun for me to watch.

Who’s your favorite booktuber?

Like I said, I don’t watch booktube that often, so I don’t really have a favorite booktuber.

What’s a classic that you think it’s still relevant today?

This took me a bit of time to think of, but I think that Charlotte’s Web is a children’s classic that is very much relevant today. If you think of the main themes in the book: being kind to animals, everyone being special, I think that the story of Wilbur the pig and Charlotte the spider will always be relevant.

What’s the most beautiful book cover you own? tough question, I know

Uh, I own so many beautiful books! But I recently acquired copies of A Thousand Perfect Notes, and The Boy Who Steals Houses and both of those books are very beautiful. The two books by Nicola Yoon that I own are also very beautiful!

What’s a place you really really want to visit in your lifetime?

I never know how to answer this question! Last summer, I went to Carcassonne, a walled city in southern France, and it was so beautiful there! I definitely want to go back someday, because visiting there was an incredible experience.

But somewhere where I’ve never been before? I really want to visit the great barrier reef in Australia. I would definitely not want to do anything that could harm the reef, but from the pictures I’ve seen, it looks so beautiful, and somewhere I would love to visit.
