WWW Wednesday 23

Hello! I hope that you’re all doing okay right now, and that you’re able to stay healthy during the coronavirus pandemic. I have, however, been able to get a lot of reading done throughout this time, and I am very happy about that. So, here is my weekly reading update: WWW Wednesday. WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On a World of Words, and how it works is each week I answer three questions:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho, Anne Frank, la vie en cachette, by Johanna Hurwitz and Diana Alderoot and the Gilded Mage, by Trista Shaye.

I just started reading Diana Alderoot and the Gilded Mage, but so far, I am really enjoying it.

I started to read The Alchemist, which I received as a birthday present back in October. Well, I’ve read a few chapters so far and it’s ok. I’ve made no progress and I don’t know if I’m going to finish it though.

The book I’m reading about Anne Frank I’m actually reading for school, (which is why it’s in French; I’m in a French immersion program) so I’m not actually making any progress on it. That’s because my school is closed for the rest of the year! I don’t know when I’ll finish reading this, or if I ever will. So, am I still currently reading this??? Or should I not put this here???

What did you recently finish reading?

Honestly, I have finished reading so many books in the last few weeks, and I honestly don’t feel like finding all of the books covers exactly, but here are most of them. I recently finished reading a lot of the 39 clues books, (like, 15 of them) and also They Went Left, by Monica Hesse. Which is an amazing incredible book. Look, I even wrote a review it, that you can read here!

If you want to see all the books I’ve read so far this year, check out my Goodreads, where I (mostly) keep up with all the books I read. So, if you want to see how much I’ve read and what I’ve read, look there.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Next, I want to read The Boy Who Steals Houses and A Thousand Perfect Notes by C. G. Drews. I have seen amazing incredible things about these books, and I’ve wanted to read them for a while, so maybe I finally will!

My Goodreads reading challenge:

I am 37% of the way through my Goodreads reading challenge, and right now we are 25% of the way through the year, so I am extremely happy about that!

Have you read any of the books I mentioned? How is the coronavirus affecting you? Is your school, or work canceled? Is it online now? Chat with me in the comments below!

  1. I’ve heard a lot of good things about The Boy Who Steals Houses and I mean, that cover always gets me every time! I’ve also heard some pretty positive things about A Thousand Perfect Notes. I hope you enjoy both them 😀 Can’t wait to read C.G. Drews’ books!
